Our Staff
We are a team of highly skilled professionals who work together in a harmonious fashion.  We take great pride in our teamwork, ethics, and the fact that we all get along so well inside and outside the office.  We believe in the golden rule and do not tolerate gossip.  Our office is made up of 2 dentists, 2 full-time hygienists, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 chairside assistants, and 3 business personnel.  We are proud to say we keep up with all the latest technologies when it comes to computers, dental equipment, and materials. Our office works hard to comply with OSHA requirements so that we can feel comfortable working in a safe and sterile environment. We attend continuing education courses to better ourselves professionally.  We believe in treating our patients as if they were family members.

Dr. Goch's Thoughts About His Staff 
I am extremely proud of the entire staff who works in this office.  Our team has come together to form a truly exceptional group of people to work with.  Everyone is dedicated to making our patients' dental experience be as comfortable and professional as possible. We truly enjoy making everyone feel like family.  We all work well together, with almost no gossip or rivalries.  Having such a fine team makes coming to work each day a joy. 

We learned many years ago that attracting and keeping a good staff is a major key to the success of our dental practice.  We know that to do this they must feel appreciated and well compensated.  This is why our salary and benefits are better than most dental offices. We also like to take trips together where the office pays for everyone and their spouse to go on a short cruise or to an all-inclusive resort.
